At the heart of this year’s celebration is Black Forest ham, which features in two luxurious new mains that balance comfort with sophistication.

The Black Forest - A seasonal showcase that brings together tender spring white asparagus, savoury Black Forest ham, and a perfectly poached egg. Finished with Wild Honey’s signature hollandaise and nestled on a truffle sourdough crumb, this dish is a rich and elegant start to your Mother's Day meal.

For those who love a well-balanced plate, the Savoy pairs grilled artichoke hearts and wilted spinach with poached eggs and Black Forest ham, all served on buttery brioche rounds. It’s a harmonious medley of texture and flavour that Mum is sure to adore.

And of course, no celebration is complete without a sweet finale. A twist on the much-loved Pavlova, it’s as beautiful as it is delicious. Featuring layers of pistachio mascarpone cream, raspberry sauce, fresh raspberries, glistening pomegranate jewels, and delicate rose petals, it’s a dessert designed to impress — we assure you Mum will be pretty pleased.
