Arranged by the Israeli Embassy to Singapore, we had the honour to host two very special and socially distanced tasting sessions to put the spotlight on Israeli cuisine in Singapore. This isn’t the first time we have showcased this rich and varied cuisine as it holds a very special place in our hearts, since Guy Wachs – one of our founders – was born in Haifa, Israel before moving to New York.
