Where Vegetables Take Centre Stage

Vegetarian food at Wild Honey has never been an afterthought.

It’s woven into the menu in a way that feels natural, comforting, and complete. Dishes designed to satisfy not just because they’re meat-free, but because they’re thoughtfully made. Plates where vegetables lead with confidence, texture, and warmth.

Some of our most loved vegetarian dishes are inspired by global comforts. The Californian is light yet grounding, where soft scrambled eggs are folded through silky tofu, zucchini, bell peppers, baby spinach, and mushrooms, gently lifted with sriracha and fresh herbs. Served with grilled sourdough, it’s nourishing without feeling heavy, fresh yet deeply satisfying.

Flinders Lane offers a heartier kind of comfort. Crisp mallawach filo forms the base for layers of creamy labne, ripe avocado, grilled asparagus, and softly poached eggs, finished with tomato, sesame seed and nut dukkah, harissa, and tomato kasundi. A dish full of texture and warmth, designed for lingering.

Then there are flavours that feel bold yet homely. The Turkish brings together poached eggs baked with garlicky yoghurt and baby spinach, finished with paprika oil and ajvar for gentle heat and depth. Served with a chopped salad and simit bagel, it’s aromatic, comforting, and quietly indulgent.

Set within our welcoming spaces, these dishes reflect how we see food. Inclusive, nourishing, and deeply personal. Because eating well isn’t about labels. It’s about choosing what feels right in the moment.

And sometimes, that choice is simply letting vegetables shine.
