And just in time for the festive holidays, we are delighted to announce that we are ramping up our efforts to deliver even more as we join forces with Chef Shani Zarmi from Scarlet Private Dining to make your event even more stunningly memorable.

Chef Shani is the Executive Chef & Founder of Scarlet Private DIning. A proud valedictorian of the Academy of Culinary Arts in New Jersey, USA, Shani has lived and worked all over the world and has had the pleasure of working in some of its most celebrated and leading restaurants: from Daniel Boulud's - Daniel, Cafe Boulud, DB Bistro in New York, to The Fat Duck (Bray, UK), Alinea (Chicago), Jacob's Ladder (Dublin), Baraka in Budapest and Reviva & Celia and Mul Yam (Israel). In 2007 Shani launched Scarlet, providing exclusive fine dining events and is now working exclusively with Wild Honey in Singapore to create private dining and catering experiences like no other.
