Begin with our Smoked Salmon Gougères, filled with smoked salmon, salmon pearls, and sour cream, a light and savoury start to the table.
For the main event, enjoy our Savoy, a bright and comforting take on a brunch classic. At the heart of the dish are artichokes, now in season and at their best, bringing a delicate, earthy sweetness that pairs beautifully with smoked trout, poached eggs, and wilted spinach. Finished with our signature citrus hollandaise and salmon pearls, it’s a dish that feels both fresh and indulgent, perfect for the occasion.
End on a beautiful note with Velvet Rose, our signature pavlova with pistachio mascarpone cream, raspberry sauce, raspberries, rose petals, and pistachio. As lovely to look at as it is to share.
Join us for Happy Hour from 4–7pm daily or free flow prosecco at $60++ (available all day), perfect for a leisurely toast, a second round, or a golden-hour catch-up with the women you love.
