A Sweet Tribute to the Little Red Dot in Celebration of SG60

This National Day, Wild Honey invites you to celebrate Singapore’s 60th birthday with a dessert as vibrant and spirited as the city we call home. Introducing our Birthday Edition Raspberry Ripple Pavlova - a stunning creation crafted with love, flavour, and just a touch of gold.

Wild Honey has proudly called Singapore home since 2009. Born here, inspired by the city’s incredible diversity and energy, we’ve spent the last 16 years serving up all-day breakfasts from around the world, right here in our little red dot. It’s where our story began, and we’re honoured to be part of the fabric of this ever-evolving city.

Our limited-edition pavlova is a celebration of that journey and of Singapore itself. A crisp meringue shell with a marshmallowy centre is layered with silky lemon curd, raspberry ripple mascarpone cream, fresh raspberries, and finished with delicate edible florals and a dusting of gold leaf powder. It’s bold, bright, beautiful and unmistakably celebratory.
