At its core, this beloved Mexican dish is all about comfort and flavour. We start with crispy corn tortillas, sautéed in a rich tomato sauce spiced with garlic, cayenne and dried chillies; smoky, tangy, and just the right amount of heat. Choose your eggs just the way you like them, soft scrambled or perfectly fried then dig into a colourful medley of creamy avocado, tart sour cream, punchy red onion, and a handful of hearty black beans.

Crumbled feta adds a salty bite, while fresh cilantro and pickled jalapeños brighten every mouthful.
